March Super Supper

Our March Supper Club was one of the best this year!

We started with a tasty Tomato and Asparagus Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette (p. 121) made by me:
That's absolutely getting added to my old faithful list of dishes!

Ashley was in charge of the “The Churrasco” Beef Tenderloin (p. 193), but there were some questions about the instructions:

 After the meat was prepared we fired up the make-shift grill:
 And everyone agreed that the feast was delicious!
 
Here's a closeup with my Cilantro Lime Shrimp (p. 155) as well:
Delicious! Truly a great meal!

And to top it off, Ashley made Blackberry Shortbread Bars (p. 225)!
 Delightful!
